Here's a quick and economical way to get that bit of extra power (quite a bit if you have a 1300cc engine).

Our set of four 1641cc pistons and barrels (87mm) is a direct bolt-on replacement for the standard equipment and fits all 1300cc, 1500cc and 1600cc   VW aircooled engines, 1965–1979.

The set is supplied complete with piston rings and gudgeon pins, ready to fit.
