Type2 Split/Early Bay safety lock rear hatch NOS
This is S-code 705: Zeiss-Ikon safetely for rear hatch (not the engine hatch but the one to access your lugage in the back). This option was only available on panel vans (model 21).
It was an optional extra on bay window buses in model year 1970. It probably also was available on 1968-69 models and perhaps also 1971 or even 1972. But I have also seen it on some late split buses, mostly fire trucks
