Large galvanised front panel for the VW T25
This large repair panel replaces the lower centre section of the front body panel on your VW T25. It incorporates the required radiator and air intake openings and is intended for vehicles with water-cooled engines.
The panel is suitable for T25 models with waterboxer petrol engines as well as diesel and turbo diesel engines.
The silver galvanised finish provides the steel panel with improved corrosion protection before painting. This is particularly beneficial in the lower front area, where the body panel is exposed to moisture, road dirt and stone chips.
Manufactured by Klokkerholm, a well-known European supplier of replacement body and repair panels.

Important information about the galvanised finish
Before welding, the zinc coating must be professionally removed from the intended welding points and seams. This results in additional preparation and installation work compared with an uncoated or black-primed repair panel.
Grinding and welding galvanised steel can produce hazardous dust and fumes. Effective extraction, good ventilation and suitable personal protective equipment are therefore required.
After welding, all prepared areas must be carefully primed, sealed and protected against corrosion.
Important installation information
Minor adjustment work may be required when fitting replacement body panels. Always trial-fit the panel before painting or welding it into place.
Installation should be carried out by a specialist workshop or by someone with suitable bodywork and welding experience
